New PCM same truck

I just had to have the PCM flashed because some aftermarket parts "shorted" the PCM. When this happened my truck had the performance 93 tune in the PCM. The Predator says Diablo tune in it under Car Tune. How can I tune my car now with the new PCM? Can I still tune it? Is the original car tune from the old PCM on the predator now and the Diablo tune in the old PCM, which is in the garbage now?

I take it that the reflash installed a stock tune? If this is the case, your Predator may still be locked to the old PCM.

Plug the tool in and select Options and then select Tool Status, does it say "Locked"? If it does, you'll have to have DS unlock it for you. But, you have an older version like me which might complicate things. Newer versions I hear can be unlocked over the phone. Pretty sure this can't be done that way with these old versions. You may have to send it into DS for this and you may have to also upgrade as well to get this done. I can't answer that for sure.

Yeah, ya gotta pull those fuses on the aftermarket stuff before messing around with the tunes. Can't have anything interrupting the process. Bad things can happen.

yeah, you can't use it now.. it's locked to your other pcm...

you'll need to call diablo tech support on Tuesday morning... (closed monday, holiday)...
