2010 mustang predator firmshift tune

Yeah I have a new mustang gt it's auto, am I not supposed to be able to choose the firm shift tune since it is auto... Each time I try it says the tune was not able to be installed or whatevr then it makes me reboot and put in the original backup which takes long first off then I trying putting in the firmshift then it has to make a back up shhh it's so annoying idk anyway long story short can I or can I not put firmshift on my auto mustang if I can't y not

Go to options/troubleshooting/show calid and post that please.

yeah it will load other tunes but when i try loading the firm shift it fails to do so

When you install the tune do you have any of the adjustable parameters changed or are they left stock? I just tried it on a bench computer and it was successful, same revision and calid. Do you have any aftermarket or non-stock electronics in the car? If so, disconnect power to them and make sure everything in the car powers down when you turn the key off during key cycles. There may be some residual power somewhere that the Predator doesn't like.

idk if it makes a difference but when i tried putting the tune i tried changing the speed limiter and the rev limiter and traction control does that make a difference wether it would let me install the tune or not
