2009 silverado 6.0 liter Y engine

I have a 2009 silverado with the 6.0 Vortec Max Y code motor, will the trinity work? Website says the predator does not support it but according to the applications for the trinity, it will work. I do not want to drop $600+ to find out it won't work

yes, the engine letter codes no longer apply on the newer tools...
