Just got the trinity for my 07 F150 5.4 and it wont work...

Yeah so i just went out and plugged it up just like it says... but the screen doesnt come on, no red light, nothing! but when i hook it up to my Lap top it comes right on.......

I have a 2007 Ford F150 King Ranch 5.4l Flex Fuel

Check to make sure the plug from the OBD-II port is securely connected to the device.

I did and found out the problem. the obdII cable is fried and pins on the controller contection are bent and effed up. some one had it before me and returned it to the shop i bought it from. must have been to be in that bad a shape... but the shop is ordering me another one.

Uhhh.... yeah this thing is BAD ASS!!!!!!! Easy, fast, and BAD ASS! My Truck is a different beast. This is amazing. just a small question. since my truck is flex fuel but i use 93 every time will it affect me in the long run?

Not at all, just make sure you only use 93 with the tune installed and you'll be fine.
