ps tried battery disconnect + pulling fuses....no effect

Im thinking it has something to do with the raised RPM

have you tried reducing it?....my car doesnt have specified rpm settings (the tuner has several systems ommitted for some reason as my car is an export) - alll I get is 'raised'

Thats the same with me. I actually have a custom tune in it now and still have the ACC off beat when I hit the high RPM's. Have not tried to reduce it

it only appears on the top gear change

Johan seems to recall seeing this on his car...when it was bone stock.
