Screen Just Lights Up

I currently have the 85hp tune on my 2001 f350, I plugged the predator into my truck to change back to stock and the screen just lights up. No menu shows up or anything else, just a blank screen. As far as I know no computer has been hooked up. The truck was taken to the dealership last week for a oil change but nothing else. Any advice?

I tried calling the tech support yesterday only to sit on hold for 30 mins with no answer. On their recording it also stated that you may post your questions on here for tech support, due to it being monitored by tech support. I guess I'll just have to try to call back Monday and wait a few hours on hold. Oh the fun!!

How long have you had this Predator?If less than 2 years, send it in with a copy of the receipt for a warranty repair.

No its older than 2 years old, as the truck is a 2001 and I'm the first owner. I've have this tuner for probably around 4 years. Is there anything other suggestions? My stock tune is still on the predator tuner
