need help with my speedometer regearing

just bought a 7.3 psd that came with a predator tuner. i was wondering if i could do a custom tune to fix the speedometer gearing? am i able to use the tuner even if it is not registered in my name? i have serial number and part number. please help me out. thanks

No, the tire size is in the ABS on these trucks, and we cant change that.

thanks, what about the shift points can i change them? i have a 2000 f250 with the 7.3L it has 4:10 gears and 40" tires. what can i do to make it better?
