I have purchased a Preedator for my Corvette but have not installed it yet and on their forum I read about the Sprint Booster. Do I need the Sprint thing with Predator?
Most of the Corvette guys seem to be afraid of moding their car.
I also have a Dodge SRT8 and love the Predator and what it did for the car.

RE: 08 Corvette Sprint booster
The SprintBooster is a waste. It basically makes the ecu think the pedal is pushed further then it actually is, to increase response. A CMR tuner can do the same thing.

RE: 08 Corvette Sprint booster
I don't work for the small company in Greece that created the SprintBooster, nor do I work for Diablo sport, I'm only going to tell you about my experience as a purchaser of the SprintBooster product. The product really works, and whatever it does, it works very well. Don't know how it "makes the ecu think the pedal is pushed further then it actually is", but I was pushing the pedal to the ground on my 2010 Camaro and it wouldn't accellerate (as expected) or rev. past 2k (quickly). I couldn't understand why I wasn't getting performance I remembered back in the day when I had a Z28.
After having GM install the device, the front of the vehicle practically lifts off the ground. At about $300 I think it's worth it, to obtain the extra performance, without having to mod the vehicle programming or add parts. If you don't like it simply remove it, and ship it back for a refund.
