Did I just get taken on Ebay?

I bought a Diablosport on Ebay. Tried it today and it is locked. Any fix or am I hooped? It's for an GM-04. I doubt I'll be able to send it back to the seller now. I bought a month or so ago and haven't had any chance to try until now. I thought I read on the Avalanche Fan Club forum that a person could send the unit in to be reset for a fee.

Yes, it will cost you $99 and you'll need to fill out the RMA request form. Mike should be responding here soon to provide you with further details.

We only unlock certain GM tools with certain revisions.
Please post up the P/N and the current revision on the tool.

Thanks Mike. I submitted an RMA with all of the info I could get off the unit.
I noticed the RMA form does not include Canada. Will this be a problem?

I'd like to see the revision and part number before you send the tool in, in case it cant be unlocked.
