RESTORE ORIGINAL BACK UP

While plugged into my PC, I saved the orginal backup on the PC, following the predator prompts.. Months later I tried to restore my truck back to original tune and the predator could not find the tune. It must have deleted the file stored on the device after downloading it to the PC. I had forgotten that the file was saved on my PC. The Predator opted to install the "stock tune" as my original back up. When I figured out that the original back up was on my PC, I attempted to load it on the predator and onto the truck. That was a no go. How can I load the original backup back onto my truck??
