Custom tune issue

I have an 06 RT Charger with a custom tune. My mods are JBA shorties, K&N CAI, 180 tstat, sidewinder cam with 6.1 Liter rods and springs. My car dynoed 330 RWHP on a mustang dyno. It runs great when you put the pedal to the metal, but when you let off of the gas it seems that it is not recognizing that the throttle is not completely released. It acts as if a little pressure is still applied to the throttle. I uninstalled the custom tune and installed the 93 CAI oct tune and the problem dissappeared, but of course it does not idle correct with the 93CAI tune because of my cam. So the issue has to be the tune. What parameters need to set/corrected to make the custom tune recognize that when the throttle is released that the car should go into neutral as it does with the 93CAI tune?
