I just updated my trinity that i use on my 09 duramax. no when i try to reload it in the truck is keeps telling me that this device can't program this vehicle or something like that. i just noticed though that you had 2 more updates besides the duramax one that i loaded so i've put them on there and going to try to load it once again and if it doesn't work i'll try to get all the info i can to help you and me!

ok i tried again to load the trinity into my truck and the message i get is that my calibration is not supported? and it says to let diablo try to back up m original and then says the back up is un read able???? i'm totally lost because it's always been simple! please help me!

Try loading the latest 1r07a crom for U7186 to the Trinity, then reselect the vehicle:

ok i've reloaded this update and it's still not loading up? same message that my calibration isn't supported. also your 2010 duramax update anoucment isn't correct. it's for predators! i tried to down load that to see if that would fix it but it won't even add it to my trinity.

Does it give you a prompt to save the stock tune and email it to us?
