Couple quick tuning questions, HELP! 2009 Challenger

I recently received my Predator U7136 for my 2009 Challenger SE and I have a few questions.

First of all, I got it and was kinda in a hurry and just decided to do the canned 91 Perf Oct tune in the car. It runs great! After getting time to play around with the Predator I decided to modify the Speed Limit Parameter and was wondering did that write OVER my 91 tune I originally put on? Or did it simply modify the 91 Tune with modifying the stock speed limit AND keeping the 91 Perf Oct Tune?

Next, I was wondering what exactly the ESP On/Off would do to the car? I've been researching it and I'm not getting a for sure answer on anything. The ESP, from what I've read, affects the traction control? Does removing this via the Predator make for easier burnouts? Or does it mess with a whole different point of the car? Im really in the dark about this!

I really need help with both of these issues so I can stop racking my brain trying to find answers! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

The tune was modified. The 91 tune is still on there.

Turning ESP off disables the Stability control, Brake assist and Antilock brakes. It will light up your dash like a Christmas tree. Its designed for use on the dyno only.
