programming for a 4L80E- 2002 GM Suburban 5.3

Hi there-
I have swapped a 4L80E onto a truck that had a 4L60E- have any of you set up the programming for this with CMR?
I will be tuning the truck with CMR and a U7198 Predator- I'm just not sure about the transmission programming capabilities of CMR on this truck.
