Need help with tuner

I bought my predator about 2 years ago now for my 2003 f250 7.3l. The truck was recently broken into while i was on vacation and the burglar riped through and cut just about every wire in the truck that was accessible through my fuse and kick panel. Had it towed to Ford and my insurance company paid for everything, thank goodness, and ford says they didnt replace my computer, but now my tuner will not work on the truck. One the screen of the handheld it will say it needs to be returned to the previous truck or something along those lines. I really cant see wasting more money on another tuner when the one i have is just what i want. Is there anything Diablo can do for me? Re-set the programmer or anything? The truck just feels powerless without the tunes on it anymore. Please help, suggestions on what i should do are welcome.

so, the truck feels stock now, and felt tuned before?

On the predator, go to options/show last tune written, and tell me what it says please.
Also, take note of the version on the top line of the main menu.

went to options, last tune written, it says DiabloSport 60hp, and then it has a continue button

my neighbor told me that he thought the ford shop "flashed" or reset my trucks computer, which in return would erease my tune that was on it. I just dont understand why it wont go back on there when the tuner should have my VIN and everything still in it right?

Check your invoice from Ford dealer. There is probably a line item showing the PCM re-flash. You will need to fax or e-mail the invoice showing the flash to DiabloSport, then call them. They will walk you through resetting the programmer. Ask me how I know.......

It says nothing about that, all it has is wire harness, steering culumn, and some other wiring stuff with a TON of labor on it, insurance paid it though thank god

so far 98 people have looked at this and only 2 have tried to help. someone PLEASE give advice on what to do!

If the truck was reflashed and you did not put it backto stock first, you'll need to fax us a copy of the work order shoeing the reflash to 561-908-0048 then call within an hour with the tool powered up so we can unlock it for you.
The Predator will likely need to be updated after that then it will go back in the truck.

i dont have the invoice, i hand delivered it to my insurance agent and went through this big argument about how they wasnt going to pay for it. Anything else i can do?

The paperwork should be available at any dealer, if not, fill out the rma request form and it can be unlocked for $129.

talked to a friend of the families tonight from the ford dealership. he said he could re-print me the invoice but it wont be signed by the mechanic that was supposed to sign it, it will have the correct dates on it and will also have the reflash on it. will that work? he said he might be able to even email it to me, he will check at work tomorrow morning, let me know mike
