07 F150 Procharger questions...

Sooo i just got a Procharger for my truck and it came with an SCT programer with the tune for the supercharger. I had to uninstall my awesome Trinity just to upload the SCT. But now the new flash just doesnt feel right in the truck and the supercharger will surge under WOT. What i wanted to know is if Diablo Sport has a reflash i can just down load for a Procharger kit on a F150 5.4?

I know that i could probably get it custom tuned but i opted to try this route out first if its even a possibility...

Best bet would be to take the Trinity and truck to a CMR tuner and have them custom tune it on the dyno.
