Tough to convince anyone here to exchange a tool that exhibits no signs of a problem, ya know?

well there's pictures to prove it.....& if I have to record it on video I will.......unless one of you guys are willing to travel all the way to central fla to see it for yourself ya know.....there's no way I'm gonna stay like this since no one wants to do something about it after paying $300+ for it.......if it was a 99c product then I'll suck it up.....

Why don't you just make sure your OBD port has a sane amount of voltage coming out of it.

is not the obd port since I use the port for my scan gauge & the predator malfunction only when I try to upload a tune.....otherwise it would malfunction when I data log & not to mention that my scan gauge would malfunction too if that was the case.......

Is the pos gauge connected with a splitter cable while you try flash? or do you only connect the DSP, by itself, when flashing?

when I was flashing with it on the bench, I was using a power supply regulated to 14V, makes me think there may be a voltage drop in your car as the flash goes through?

I tried using a 12v plugged a/c power source into the dsp & still nothing the same freaking screens as pictured!!!!!!! so, is not a voltage issue.......before I sent it @ least I was able to do a tune update/tweek once a day & now I can't do shit.......

How is it that you are using a 14volt regulated power supply? That is not what our car produce, even when running. If the car is off it will only produce 12.6 at best and 13.8 at best while running. The power cable adapter is also only 12volts. To compare what you did with your power cable to someone that is using the original equiptment is not only unfair but also unrealistic to test with and compare data. You admitted youself that you didn't try it in a car. How can you say without a daubt that there is nothing wrong with it?

I only wish that pointing out the obvious would resolve the problem. I'm not getting much support on this forum myself either. There should be a warning or something about European cars NOT being supported. I have European GT cruiser. It came out of the same Mexican factory as the ones made for the states and the only thing I've got back so far is " I'm looking into it." There has been no further support since.
