AFR Drop on 08 Ram

Did a few test runs to dial in my AFR today and found this out. I can get it pretty much nailed to 12.2 AFR but at WOT once it hits third it starts dropping to 9.5? Why? This is in the 300 to 500rpm range. Any suggestions?

is there a way to change those settings? Seems the thershold for this is way too low.

It is there to keep the cats alive, it can be adjusted in CMR.
