I downloaded all the reqiured software and drivers. When I plug the tool in and connect to the PC. It can not find the tool. Please help

Wishing you luck, this once was an awesome place but lately has really disappointed myself. Posting tunes known that do not work on all the listed vehicles , then waiting a couple weeks and a new one is sent that still does not work? Don't no if they have just got to big here or just in a hurry. But sure is not the great , flawless support it use to be. Very Very disappointing

I am sorry you ran into an issue, but I can easily send you 9r08 which would still work as it always has, the only reason for you to use the new update was for the new parameters.

I wish you did not perceive it as a lack of support.

Again I have the 08 crom I always save them. And thats the reason I want the new one is for the new parameters ?

Sorry Mike , not here to argue, but not being productive in my book is, putting out a tune that is known not to work with all listed vehicle, then putting out another that does not work.

When I received my pack the driver CD was cracked so I could not use it. I downloaded the drivers off your site as suggested and it still will not work. The cord I'm using is the one I received from you. It's a clear cord with blue ends. Could you please send me another driver CD and if this cord is no good, I need a new one please. I went to radio shack as suggested by your site and don't feel I should have to py $40 for another. Please advise and you may contact me at 713-855-2589. Thanks again.

No need for a new CD, all the drivers are here on the web.

If you cant get one to load, please give us a call with the tol powered up at the PC.
