Preditor "will not" let me re-install factory tune

Can anyone help with this issue?
I just tried to re-install my factory tune in my 2006 Dodge Ram 5.7, as to enable me to update to the latest CROM ( u7137-9r08.crom ). When I try (and I tried 4 times) at the end of the process the tools says "failed". It will allow me to install any of the preditor custom tunes, but not the factory one. I have done this process in the past and had no trouble but this time it just will not work.
