Firm shift

I firmed up my shifts and turned off the TQ my shifts under normal and slightly agressive throttle it shifts real hard but W.O.T. it shifts pretty soft I want it firmer at W.O.T. I tried the shifts with traction control button off and on and with and without tow/haul mode on and off. I have a 2006 Silverado Vortex Max 2wd performance package 6.0 . What is the best R.P.M to set the shifts at for W.O.T. I am playing around with the settings and really like the firmer shifts but just cant get them where I want them if it is possiable. By the way this programer has defentlly livend my truck up.
