Lost another O2 now bank 1 lean at WOT

UGH!!!

The buffalo is giving me fits!!!!

O2s dying bank 1 4.5 at WOT. Thinking I got a leak somewhere...

Let me expand on what happened a little better....

Anyways, I'm fighting the O2 gremlins again.....

While back around x-mas a year or so ago...I lost the pass precat O2.

Recently....stopped at a light and the Buffalo coughed and stummbled and acted all O2ey again on me.

It never threw a check engine light but, could not idle worth a darn...and it STUNK!!

I pulled out the predator and read P0171 bank 1 lean. bank 1 LTFT read +25!!!!! scrolled down to the O2 reads and bank 1 precat read 0V with NO toggling.

Turned off the engine, restarted, and then it came up OK?!?!?!?! However, LTFTs still look bad on bank 1.


Went and had ALL 4 O2s changed out after reading they are a 30-50k part..... (700 bucks!!) I'm a FOOL!!

Now at WOT I'm lean bank 1 reading 4.5????

Wonder if it is the intake manifold....

sounds like the Buffalo has issues... maybe it's time to move on to an Ox or a Moose instead...

OUCH...no love...no love...

Just tore apart the intake and sprayed the MAF...gonna go see what that does...doubt it being only one bank...if it was the MAF I would expect lean on both???

Maybe time for a Tacoma 6-speed....

OK...

Lean at WOT gone...both banks 0.00

LTFTs at cruise ....sometimes I saw -1.56 bak 1 and -2.34 bank 2. Then sometimes I saw -2.34 bank 1 and -4.63 on bank 2. I'm gonna let things ride a little longer then maybe bump up my LTFTs +1 to +2 to get both within th 0 to -2 range.....

WHEW...just another bad O2??!?!?!?! Got four new ones now...( what a fool but. I wanted to start with 1 variable removed!!)
