Problem with predator

after updating my predator to the crom 9r27 the unit doesnt work anymore any help would be appreciate

here is what i read from the predator

Crom u7135-v.9r27
Incompatible hardware.
(no serial flash found).

Johan tell me to put back the crom 9r12 but the dsdownloader can not find the predator anymore

thanks Johan for your help the predator is a old version so i have to stick with the Crom 9r12 and its ok now
