Stabili Track, Traction Control, Trailer Brake need service

Just got my new trinity, updated did my original backup, while it was backing up the error codes of Service stabilitrack, traction control, and trailer brake all flashed and the Stabilitrack and ABS light are on and will not go off, everytime I start vehicle they flash on my odometer and I have to push the clear button for all of them before my odo will show. When I do a diagnostic and it says no error codes. Help 2010 Silverado with 6.0.

Thats a new one...try disconnecting the battery for a second...

Disconnected battery = No change still showing Service Stabilitrack, Traction Control, and Trailer brake system.

Installed 87 Oct tune = All guages went dead, all service codes flashed including "Loss of engine power", when tune was fully installed, guages got power back but still traction control and ABS are illuminated, and they flash everytime I stard vehicle requiring me to clear with odo reset just to see odometer, diagnosis says no error codes.

Reinstalled Original Back-up = No change

Disconnected battery for 5 minutes = No change.

Now what?

What is the version on the Trinity?

Lets make sure it is on the latest 1r07c revision.

Yes it is updated with 1r07c revision. Just will not recognize any trouble codes. Everything else is working fine, I have made several logs and made some adjustments, and everything seems to be doing fine other than the service warnings and lights on. Truck is only a month old does that matter?
