Please help me dsp not working

My dsp is not workin right when it gets to the step on putin the ignition on it wont read that i put the key on..so i switch the cable on the dsp with my friends and now it works.so is the cable that is havin a problem..do you guys have a not workin dsp that i can get the cable from..or anythin like that thank you

If it is a new tool it is under warranty...
