Predator locked

I had a 2003 ss now I have a 2003 Sierra Denali.
Model # 09/02 057718
Software revision 1.03
Hardware 1.00

This thing still says its Vin locked and there is no way. It was unlocked and now it won't work

Any help is greatly appretiated...

You need to contact us and get an RMA so we can update the unit for you, this update will have better tunes and will allow unit to unlock when you restore the original backup.

I sold the ss a few months ago and just picked up the sierra denali.......so do I need the original truck because that won't happen. I know I put it back to stock.

Like Johan said above, call our tech line at 561-908-0040 to get an RMA so you can send the tool in for an update that will unlock it and make it unlockable in the future by restoring the backup to the truck.
