u7192 problem

I just went to put the factory tune back in my truck so I could take it to the dealer for an oil change and it errored out.

I got an unknown error script error what does that mean? I can not put the factory tune back in? how do i ge tthe factory tune back? what do i need to do?

Sounds like a voltage issue.
Make sure there is nothing in the truck drawing voltage and that the battery is fully charged.
Reattempt and all should be fine.
