I bought an 01 Dodge 2500 Diesel with a Power Puck installed. Sometimes when I drive the truck there is a breif stall/ loss of power. This didn't happen when I test drove it, but happened after a few hours of driving. Also the next morning it happened about 20 times on the side roads and the highway. This mostly seems to happen around 55.
I would like to remove the power puck and see if the problem goes away. Can I simply unplug all the connections?
Also, I'm curious what the power puck does for fuel economy... I understand it helps with power, but does it reduce fuel economy by creating more power?

Yes, disconnect it and reconnect the factory plugs and it will run like stock.
Economy can be improved by 2-3 MPH with the pucks depending on driving style.
