wondering if i need a custom tune 4 dbw

I was wondering if I could get a custom tune to help my truck come off the line better the drive by wire has a good deal of lag on take off. I don't know if the u7193 can help this problem or if there was some other part that can help me fix this issue. I have an 05 silverado u7193 rev9.07 please help and if I need to pay for a custom tune I will. Thanks for your help

Got one for my 07' 6.0l z-71 max and it lit up my brand new 33" all terrains like it was on ice. Get custom tune.
