just got back from vacation, pulling my camper without any kind of tune on there just sucked. i got an average 12mpg. i have the invoice he gave me in the truck, ill scan it and email it to that link you posted. then what should i do next?

After you e-mail the invoice, you must call them. Be prepared to be on hold for a while........... You will need to have the tool powered up (plug into OBD port) and when they pick-up, they will walk you through the button-pushing sequence to reset your tool......

If the truck was reflashed and you did not put it backto stock first, you'll need to fax us a copy of the work order shoeing the reflash to 561-908-0048 then call within an hour with the tool powered up so we can unlock it for you.
The Predator will likely need to be updated after that then it will go back in the truck.
