cannot find my custom tune

whenever i load my original tune to my car then look for my custom tune on the predator its not even there to load back to my car.. so i have to hook up the predator to my computer and transfer my custom tune back onto the predator. For some reason it just started doing that. any help would be appreciated

restoring the backup resets the tool, thus erasing any custom tunes.

Has been like that for years
