calibration updater

im pretty sure its got nothing to do with the tools itself but i bought the trinity for my trucka couple of days ago and i installed everything onto my computer and everything seems to work great except for the calibration updater. i click on it and all it keeps telling is " THE SERVER REPORTED AN UNKNOWN ERROR. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER OR CONTACT DIABLOSPORT SUPPORT." not too sure whats happening but i cant use my tunes until i can figure it out... please help me...

if it is not working, please post up the calid of your truck or give us a call.

When I plug the tool in my truck it says " THIS VEHICLE NEEDS AN UPDATE, CALID: 68059443AA ".
The Calibration updater still doesnt work... I hope thats what your looking for...need anything else just let me know

Worked like a charm, thank you... one more question... Am i able to disable traction control (TCS) on my truck with the trinity?
i drive a 2009 dodge ram 1500 sport and i'm currently using the 91 octane tune... i heard some talk of it but i wasnt able to find that option on my trinity...thanks
