Trying to download new software. Got the DS downloader and the correct driver. Hardware is connecting. When going thru the process, it gets stuck at power cycle the tool and wont go forward. Try to open the new software version and it popps up error, not valid tune? Thoughts?

Not a valid tune file is what it says.

What's the filename of the "new sw version" you are you trying to open? Did you select "Send Tune File to Tool" or "Update tool" from DSDownloader?

Update tool. The software is the latest version that is on the site. 9r16 I think.

question... silverado 2010 gas/ i am using this file u7194-9t15o.crom is there a newer and improved file? if so can you tell me where to get it on this webcite. thank you.
