Chrysler 300 3.5L V6

Hi guys I got a question for the gurus in this page...
I got the predator yesterday and instaled today but i noticed you can tweak your tune. My car is a 2007 Chrysler 300 3.5L V6, running on 22", 91oct, bigbully cai, bosch premium spark plugs, catch can, t-stat 180, (soon i will get a new exhaust system and i will ned help but it will be later) and i want to know if there's any special tweak i can make to my car so i can get the max of it.

My son has 3.5 2008 Charger and we only noticed a gain (slight) on the 93 tune. The 3.5 is very hard to get performance gains without going to a supercharger.
