I can't seem to get rid of the knock

I have a U7135 with rev 9r-27 '08 Challenger SRT8 with a Jegs cat back exhaust, and a catch can. I am using Chevron 91 octane gas. I have tried about 7 different fuel adjustments using the 91 Perf tune. It has made the KR come down but I am still getting up to 5deg ST at WOT. Also there is KR all through the tune at less than WOT that I obviously can do nothing about. How low of a number can I expect to get? The car seems to be pretty tame when it's under a load (like in 3rd at 3000 rpm and floored it seems like it had more pickup stock under that condition) Do I need to take this to a CMR dealer to have a custom tune made? Is it safe to run with this much retard? Any help is appreciated. I have attached a few of my logs with the lowest KR.

Do you have any exhaust rattles? if you do that can give you false knock. I was having knock at part throttle and took notice one day while dataloging at idle i was getting kr at the same time i could feel the exhaust rattling. got rid of the rattle and kr went away.

How much fuel have you added thus far???

7 at low 11 at mid 17 at top, and i can't hear any rattling and all clamps are tight. i just realized that i put this in the trinity section it should have been in the peradator but i don't think i can move it now.
