2010 Camaro SS. Possible bad trinity cable or connector

hey there

I purchased the Trinity a few days ago and I have had some problems with it. It took me so many tries to get the device to recognize the PCM. It always says cannot establish communication with PCM. Another thing was I drove with the monitor function on, and whenever the cable moves a bit (even they are securely onto the port), all the error indicators on my car lit up. Of course after a few miles and a restart they disappear but I'm sure that should not happen. After spending a few hours on it it finally finished the tune which was awesome, definitely made a difference. So my best guess is a bad cable or socket on the device. The device's ID is 6JUFWC.

I hope there is something you can do to fix it. Thank you.

Could be an issue with the connector, lets get it back here under warranty by filling out the rma request form under support and we'll fix it up.

Would you mind trying send me a new OBD II cable? I think this is the easier option for both of us. Please Let me know. Thank you.

warranty repairs can only be done in house, we cant just send parts out to see if it fixes things ;)
