Do you think I need a custom tune or would the 93 CAI tune be best?

You have no choice. With headers you need a custom tune to turn off the rear O2s. You're gonna want to use cats though. You need the restriction they provide. The Corsa flows too well to begin with, then you add headers, and your gonna lose a ton of torque.

Take it from me, who has the worlds quickest naturally aspirated 6.1L SRT8 Jeep and has been through SEVEN (7) different exhausts, you need backpressure. I run 1.75" headers, with cats, and a Borla T exhaust. The record run was done with an even more restrictive MagnaFlow catback.

How much horsepower and torque is your Jeep putting out? I only have the MOPAR cold air intake and exhaust, plus the Trinity tune for 93 Octane. I am guessing it puts out 450.

You're estimating high. Mine, with heads, cam, headers, TB, intake, exhaust, and tune is only putting down 392/384 to the wheels, which is about 510/500 at the flywheel.

Like I said, guessing. You would know. I couldn't get a good answer from the dealer.

the only way youre gonna be able to tell what kind of power you got is to dyno it, no dealer is gonna be able to tell you shit about your hp/torque, they are only given estimated data with stock parts, once you start modifying your engine, numbers start changing, and there is no definite numbers included on anything aftermarket. eg. a company may claim 20 hp gain on the CAI, but the exact number cant be calculated, only a dyno can give you those numbers. then take your dyno numbers and add about 20-25% and that will give you an estimated output at the flywheel.
