Trinity tune causing electronic glitches?

I tuned my 2010 Challenger SRT8 with the Trinity. Now, my driver side window and my sunroof keep malfunctioning. Any one else have this problem and what can I do about it. I think I have the latest update downloaded.
I also wanted to know if you can tune more than one vehicle at a time? Do you have to return first vehicle to stock before tuning second? THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Is the trinity always plugged in when these issues come up?

I think it may be related to a Chrysler issue. I occassionaly have issues with my drivers window not responding properly also. Normally its when something else electronic is happening too (changing radio stations, turning on AC, unlocking doors, etc), so it would seem to be a couple of modules interfering with each other.

Thanks. Do you have to tune it to stock to go to the dealer or to tune another vehicle?

yes... you must restore original backup to the vehicle before going to a dealer... and also to unlock and reset it before you can use it on another supported vehicle.

when you restore the original backup stock tune to the car.. that's what unlocks/resets the tool...
