2008 f-250 wont start after reprogram

Had tow tune loaded went back to stock then loaded the extreme tune and now the truck will not start. I normaly run on the extreme tune but was trying out the tow tune while pulling my 4 horse gooseneck trailer. the engine light and the battery light are on on the dash, but i know there is not a problem with the batteries. I loaded the stock tune back in and still nothing would work. i ran the troublecodes and at first it would not even pull up. Then it did and showed codes as followed

p006b "Unknown"
p2435 "Unknown"
p1000 "OBD system readiness test not complete"

Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on? Did my programer just wipe out my trucks computer or what? This is my only way i have of getting around if anyone could help me out asap it would sure be nice.
