acidently turned car on during tune

I have a u7139 and its a dodge charger v6 3.5 and i was customizing a tune but when it said turn ignition i turned car on by accident then when i try to restore factory it says cannot restore what should i do?

Wait until tomorrow and call Tech support. Its a u7136 BTW.
