predator won't power on w/ac adapter

when i plug the ac adapter in the screen lights up for a second and then goes dark and displays nothing. computer continues to search for connection. am i doing something wrong?

sounds like a bad power supply.

yep i was able to install my 93 tune. i am trying to back up my dsp onto my computer. do i send the ac adapter back to you for replacement?

you'd contact the reseller/vendor you got it from...

diablosport does not sell directly to consumers... diablo sells to resellers/vendors...

so, check out the packing slip from your delivery, see who it came from.... and contact them about a replacement...

yep, any power supply with the same specs will work...

12v, 1 amp, center positive...
