I like to know on Predator adjustment what exactly mean''HEGO Temp Control''. Is it a system or a specific part on engine?

I like to know if you have an idea about my problem, when I put this function(HEGO Temp Control) "ON" in the tune of the car with the Predator I reach a 12 AFR around 3000rpm in normal acceleration and still there until I reduce de RPM (speed), below that the ARF stay around 14.7. If I disable ''HEGO Temp Control'' with the Predator the AFR stay stable around 14.7 for all RPM range in normal acceleration or constant speed
