Still trying to learn and understand A/F ratio and how different tunes effect it. I understand the only way to be sure of what's actually happening to any specific car is on a dyno or with wideband meter. I am just wondering when a tune is created such as the Airaid tune in 8r38, is the A/F ratio changed thru the entire rpm range or only at WOT? I guess another question would be is with the tune in, is the car's computer stil monitoring rich/lean conditions or have sensors been turned off in the tune? As always, Thanks for your help and input.

RE: Trying to learn
The PCM is always monitoring conditions.
A/F is generally only changed at WOT or under heavy load, at all other times it will remain at 14.7:1.
Thanks
