abs & brake light on after tune

Ok I'm having a problem trying to install a performance tune on a customers 05 ram diesel. I am using his predator U7130 with the USb cable that I have updated online.

Well the problem is after installing a tune the abs & brake light on the dash stay on...

If I put the stock tune back in the lights go away????

Anyone have a clue what is going on or how to get rid of the lights with a tune installed?

The lights should go out after a bot of driving.
