Predator screwed up my computer (2010Mustang4.0)

I used my Predator for the first time today on my 2010 Mustang 4.0L. It backed up and loaded up my tune with no problems. I then started my car and the codes started flying. It stalls at idle, stalls while driving on the highway and sputters while driving. I brought it to Ford and tried to reload the factory setting with no change. Is there anyone that can help me with my problem or is my computer just completely fried and have to be replaced. The only add ons I have on it right now are a CAI, throttlebody spacer and a screamin demon coil which should not cause any problems. Any info would help.

I would have liked to talk to tech support when it happened, but they kept me on hold for 2 hours and then closed down while I was still on hold. But thank you for the reply.

Do you know what codes it was throwing?

Do you have any mods on the car?

The main code at the moment is the pcm.

what's the code NUMBER? it'd be a P0xxx code...

scan for the trouble codes and post up what they are...

The code number I have is P0607 for the PCM. Question now is, will I be able to have the dealership reprogram it or will I have to actually replace it since it may be too far gone? And is the PCM the culprit to all my stalling and power problems?

Should be no reason they cant reflash it.

Tech support tried saying this was not the tuners problem. Just got done with the dealership and low and behold it was a bad program. I issue a warning to all looking at this product. I have found other cases similar to this one on other forums. I do not recommend this product to anyone and their support is uneducated, rude and a waste of an hour or more on hold.

There are inherent risks with any flash tuner, I hope you find the support you seek from them, as they dont even have a public forum

Did you not take us up on our offer to fix this for free? I dont see how thats a rude offer?

I will bet you my paycheck this week that we could have reflashed that 'bad' PCM no problem.
