wont load log

i have a u7198 and im trying to get a lew tune for my 02 silverado and when i log my trucks i stoped loging at 50% and when i tried to load it to my computer my tool read out of memory what does this mean plz help

no it has not its got the newer version on it i bought it new like 8 months ago is there a newer update

Please make sure it is on 9r17 then try again.

Please update to 9r17 (restore the stock tune first!) and let me know if that fixes it.

can you walk me through how to get the log off the tool and to send to lew that way i know im doing it rite ive got orignal tune and last writtin tune off the tool already

Can you please tell me how you fixed it, as I have 2 other customers with this issue, and would love to figure it out for them.

yea not a prob i do belive that it had somthing to do with how much you log cause i logged 50% and the tool read out of memory

but i just logged till the tool said log is complete and i reinstalled the dataveiwer and ta da it works
