I don't know if this information is valid for anything or not, but I tried hooking up the tuner to my friends 04 truck identical to mine other than the year, and it did the same exact thing. Any update sure would be appreciated so I know this is actually being read.

Thanks FAhemiST for clearing that up....;) Didn't think that would have been a question since I said it was the EXACT same truck other than the year....lol.....If I don't hear anything by Mon/Tues....I am calling. This is absurd. I ask for an update, and the best you can do is asking me if the other guys truck was a 4.7L and telling me it wasn't supported when we have been talking about the 5.7L Hemi this whole time?....really? Who am I dealing with here anyways? And then you avoid the question all together? This is great PR I must say. And publicized....Over 2000 people have seen this and probably noticed 3 months out and you still have yet to fix the problem stated. Or even have the decency to stay on it. I wouldn't be so irritated if you guys had actually done so and showed honest effort to fix this. You should be embarrassed for yourself that you would actually let a customer hang for 3 months on such an expensive device that YOU sell as such a high quality "everything made in house" product. I am going to continue to pursue this issue so I would encourage a productive result at some point.......

Overall, this has been the most disappointing product I have ever dealt with. Maybe because I was looking forward to the options it offered so much and have yet to be able to utilize any of them, I don't know, but if not resolved, it will definitely be the LAST product ever through you guys. If resolved, I will base it on the performance of the tuner after the fact. If it has issues constantly it is a no brainer.

Speaking of unresolved issues, FAhemiST, did you ever get yours resolved of 3 or 4 months ago? You have had issues far longer than me with no help.

As a matter of fact, my problems were resolved when I switched to SCT. I will never use diablo to tune my truck again. Its sad really, in the beginning I was all for the diablo tuner, I even bought one after they had all those tranny failures. Over those couple years though, its pretty clear to me that their products are not tested as thoroughly as they should be, resulting in problems like the one you're having now...

So I am seeing.........and they apparently could not care less......companies like this eventually tank. Until I am given reason otherwise, I have made my issues widely known on other forums.....as far as I am concerned, you make your bed, you lay in it....I know quite a few members so far on other forums that have said, "Well, I am rethinking my purchase now...etc...." Now my problem can be Diablos.

Nobody is not caring, we want everyones tool to work as it should.

if we have yet to attempt to reset this tool since you loaded the 9t09 crom, please give us a call so we can give that a shot.

Thanks

Your shots are over....I junked it and turned it in to the BBB......you had 3 months to get this taken care of and basically blew me and everyone else off time and time again...If you wanted this fixed you would have stayed on top of it...Maybe had me send it in WHEN I OFFERED TO PAY EVEN FOR THE REPAIR......your service is a joke. I will NEVER do business with you again. I am now in the market for a reliable tuner made by a reliable company. Thanks for the waste of time and money. I told you the tool didn't work weeks ago with that CROM! You didn't get the hint? You posted half ass responses then and after to other posts I made. You don't care? Then why didn't you tell me to call weeks ago when you knew it didn't work with all the failed attempts I notified you of? 3 weeks ago I gave Johan my VIN.....AGAIN! And then asked over and over what the hell you wanted it for? You didn't get the idea then that it wasn't working? You are months behind Mike....mr Tech Support Manager.......get your act together. You have no excuse suitable to me at this point.....if I had more time to deal with it, I would seek legal help, but at this point the BBB is my best bet. Why you guys are a member of that I will never know. You are not even close to one of the better businesses I have dealt with.....You are number 1 on my list of the worst tech and customer care I have ever seen. The only thing I can thank you for is the waste of money you have dealt me.

Sir, Im sure you have noticed that 99% of those with ossues on 9r08 were solved by going to the 9r09 crom, please dont assume we dont care, as we put a lot f work into those fixes, and we certainly did not decide to leave you out of the fix. We are still trying to duplicate the issues here.
