Hi Guys, Whats the turn around time?

Whats the turn around time to Canada to upgrade my Predator. Its one of the original units.
My car is dyno tuned ( finally ) but my tuner said if I want I could adjust my shift points and so on over top his tune.

Generally if you send a tool here, you should have it back within 7-10 days of the date we receive it....customs may add a day or two to that.
Remember to restore the backup before sending the tool in.

I know you need a visa or something do I call that in to you before I ship it? Secondly. My car is tuned. If I want to just change some fan temps and shift points and so on do I still need to install the tune and if I do does that not mess with my dyno tune?

For starters, if you need to send the tool in here, you need to let it restore the backup to the vehicle first.
If it was not restored prior to being dyno tuned, you may have an issue.

If we need any more info for the RMA you will be notified by the RMA department via email.
