May need some help

This post is actually for my friend. I have spoken with Mike in tech support and he got me to be able to get the original tune in the truck because it wouldn't start. The problem is that it still won't start. I have the r13 crom file uploaded into my tool and it still won't register the truck. I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me out with this problem. The truck is a Ford F250 6.0 2004

Are you 100% sure the truck was able to start prior to loading the new revision?
If it restored the backup, and wrote 100%, it should have been fine.
