06 dodge 3500 5.9 24 valve

I purchased this programmer off ebay. tried to load tunes to my truck. says the vehicle is not in the database. is there anything i can do... or should i try and send it back ???

If it is an 06-07 Cummins, the Predator simply needs to be updated to the latest revision on our website.
